Colors in Hope

Overview

“Colors in Hope” radiates the power of hope through the spectrum of colors.

The peaceful collision between the variating density and opacity of glass and porcelain materials, and the metaphysical nature of light projection becomes a source of optimistic energy and atmosphere.

Eun-jin Jeong’s lacquer works symbolize the devotion and endurance of a true artisan and the heartfelt depth behind her colorful and delicate layering of lacquer. Buncheong and Celadon (Cheongja) works of Seung-ki Min intertwines modern forms and natural textural tones, emitting earthy green pigments that reflect heartening warmth and serenity. Mandalaki Studio explores the intersection between design and technology to create infinite possibilities of composition and illumination with strong colors and lights.

The interaction between each artist’s work creates a subtle harmony, fueling the hopeful and positive atmosphere that one not only perceives but feels with great strength.
